WCS may supplement the information that we hold about you based on your interactions with us through other channels. For example, when you make a claim on a policy we administer we may validate information against publicly available data and record that detail in our systems. We record phone calls as a record of our conversation. We do not retain records of credit cards used when working with us, and we suspend recording of any calls if we require payment details from you during a call.
Site and Service Updates:
We may send the user site and service announcement updates. Customers are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
